Oh my gosh Jane, it looks great!!! The light is perfect reflecting off the piano and the painting on the wall is exactly what it needed, Ronan will love it!
I’m with Linda, this is my favorite of all of your work. I’m thinking it was inspired by love and that moved you to a whole other level. Just beautiful Jane.
Jane I love this piece. As it should be, your grandson is the focal point of the paining. The folds in his shirt draw my eyes to him but what keeps my attention on him is the subtle way you captured his weight resting into his right side. The lift of his right shoulder, the way the shirt falls on that side and the slight bend of his left side toward the right all reinforce the sensation of his weight leaning onto his lower right side! I can feel it. Well executed!
OMG absolutely fantastic…the details/shadows on his shirt quite incredible….love the colors!!!
